Sailplane Grand Prix Final St Auban won by Maximilian Seis

After an unforgettable week ir racing French pilot Maximilian Seis is the new FAI Sailplane Grand Prix World Champion 
Almost day for day, 10 years after his first title, Max secured his second World Champion crown.
The fight went down to the very last minutes: just 7 seconds separated fellow French pilot  Kévin Faur from the title. Instead of gold, he takes an incredible 3rd place after pushing to the very limit. Also from France Christophe Abadie, already World Champion in 18m, had a difficult start to the week but came back with two daily wins in a row, earning 2nd place overall.

It was a week full of suspense, high-speed tactical flying, daring breaks, and breathtaking finishes. Even top contenders like Peter Millenaar and Erik Borgmman from the Netherlands, who were in podium positions until the last day were beaten by the French pilots.
