Bidding is open for the following events:

• 2028 - Pan-American Paragliding XC Championships
• 2028 - Asian-Oceanic Paragliding XC Championships 
• 2028 - European Paragliding Accuracy Championships 
• 2028 - Pan-American Paragliding Accuracy Championships
• 2028 - Asian Paragliding Accuracy Championships
• 2028 - World Junior Paragliding Championships  
• 2028 - European HG Class 1, 5 

As a reminder, due to absence of bids, we are still accepting bids for the following events as well.

• 2026 -  World PG Aerobatics
• 2026 -  Asian Oceanic PG XC
• 2027  - World HG Class 1 Sport

The deadline for bids is December 1, 2025

NACs are encouraged to send proposals and bids as soon as possible so that delegates and pilots have time to review and comment on them. As always, bids to be voted at the 2026 plenary will be circulated to the delegates and published on fai.org. This year we will also be sending out surveys to the pilots in the relevant disciplines to gather their feedback on bids so that delegates can take this into account when voting. There will be no presentation of the bids during the plenary, except for a Questions & Answers session. Please note that based on delegate and pilot feedback there may be additional requirements or clarifications requested on your bid, in which case you will be contacted.
