The CIVL Bureau has approved the change of the dates for the 7th FAI Pan-American Paragliding Championships in Castelo, Brazil. The change is necessary due to the adjustments in national procedures for fundraising, which are essential to ensuring the event is held with the required quality, and also in order to align the schedule with the Brazilian Championship and other international events.

The new dates are  April 11–18, 2026.
